The Power of Ritual for Healing & Celebration
Learn how to create rituals to address specific needs and experiences in your life. Examples: 1) Rituals for healing from experiences such as abuse, miscarriage, or the ending of a relationship; 2) Rituals marking important passages such as birth, coming of age or “coming out”; 3) Rituals celebrating unions or anniversaries as well as important family events. Discover how rituals can deepen connections and hasten healing within the context of loving community support.
A Liturgical Journey Through Sacred Story
Designed for Christian faith groups, this program uses the liturgical seasons of the Church year as a way to explore your own faith journey. We will look at how the themes and stories of Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, and Pentecost inform our lives and shape our faith. We will tell our own stories in the light of these Biblical stories and see how God continues to speak as living Word in our time and place through the power of our own stories.
